Ideally yes, but if you're still deciding between a few names, we can help you evaluate which works best visually. We can also suggest names based on your business concept.

What if I don't like any of the concepts?

This rarely happens because we start with a detailed discovery call. However, if the initial concepts miss the mark, we'll do another round of concepts at no extra charge.

Can I trademark my logo?

Yes! We design logos with trademark registration in mind. We can also connect you with IP lawyers who can help with the registration process (separate fee).

Will I own the copyright to the logo?

Yes. Once you've paid in full, you own all rights to use the logo and brand assets for your business. We provide a copyright transfer document.

Can you update my branding in the future?

Absolutely! Many clients return for refreshes, additional assets, or seasonal variations. We offer discounted rates for existing clients.
