Do I need a domain name first?
Yes. If you don't have a domain, we can register one for you (Rs 500-1,000/year depending on the extension .mu, .com, etc.). We can do domain + Google Workspace setup together.
Can I keep my existing email addresses?
Yes! We can migrate emails from your old provider (if it's IMAP/POP3 compatible). Migration is included in the setup fee for up to 3 accounts.
What's the difference from free Gmail?
Professional email with your domain, larger storage, no ads, 24/7 Google support, admin controls, and business features like shared drives and video meeting recording.
Can I add more users later?
Absolutely! You can add or remove users anytime through the admin panel. We can show you how during training, or you can contact us for assistance (free for first 3 months).
What if I'm already using Office 365 or another provider?
We can migrate you to Google Workspace or vice versa. Migration fee is Rs 2,000-4,000 depending on data volume. Many businesses find Google Workspace more affordable and easier to use.
